How much time does the program require each week?
The full program is designed for working professionals. Live sessions are scheduled to minimize disruption, and application exercises are designed to connect to real situations in your current role rather than requiring separate study time.
Is this program available in person?
Current cohorts run online via live interactive sessions. This format has proven to work well for this type of content, allowing participants from different cities and organizations to be in the same cohort.
What seniority level is appropriate?
The program is designed for people who are already established as strong performers at the senior IC level and are looking toward their first leadership role. It is not intended for newer professionals or those early in their IC career.
